Ways to relieve anxiety/panic attacks?

I m having a minor panic attack right now, and I ve been having the panic attack for the past hour or so. It gets really bad at some moments but it never really subsides.
I do have anxiety disorder and often get panic attacks but I usually have people around me to calm me down and assure they re there for me if anything happens but right now it s 1:30am and my parents are asleep and my dad s passed out drunk and my mom s sick so i can t wake them up. so if anyopne has any suggestions on how I can calm down and relioeve from this panic attack by myself, that d be greatly appreciated. How to relieve really bad anxiety?

I have a severe anxiety and panic disorder, my anxiety is really bad when I go to bed at night. I take meds but they wear off really quickly and I am too young to get a higher dose, so can you please tell me how to relieve anxiety?
And Please don t make stupid comments, seriously, what is the point?

You have written that you are too young but you don t include your age, so it s difficult to comment.

If you take meds, then you must already be under medical supervision and that is the real place to take your question. Only a psych professional can really help you. What medicine do you take? I am loathe to suggest anything specific because you really need specialist help.

In the meantime, you might want to try self-hypnosis just to calm down a little and hopefully get some sleep. I can t advise much on that because I have the opposite: my anxiety is much worse first thing in the morning and wears off throughout the day.

I have had anxiety and panic disorder for about 2 months now, the meds have helped a little, but not fully kicked in yet. I keep reading about learning meditation tecniques and breathing exercises, I have no idea how!
